Good Signs Terms of Service

Prices are based on a greeting, including age, name, graphics, stars and/or balloons. We deliver, set up, and take down the greeting. Additional phrases/names and graphics can be added for an additional charge.

Set up and pick up time can vary but usually occurs between 7:30 and 10:00pm. We cannot guarantee that your rental will last a full 24 hours due to other set ups and travel time between set up locations. Signs can stay up longer for an additional charge.

Payment is due at the time of booking. This will confirm your reservation.

Good Signs will set up the sign centered in front of your house, unless there is a tree or other object in the way, or unless otherwise specified PRIOR TO DELIVERY by the customer. We cannot come move the sign after it has been installed if prior notice of location of set up is not given.

Good Signs and all representatives are not responsible or liable for an injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during set up or take down of the yard greeting.

If you have a lawn service, please have them come before we set up or after we take down. Lawnmowers or string trimmers will damage the signs.

During periods of very dry weather, lawn signs can be too difficult to install. You can help by watering your lawn often prior to set up. If Good Signs is unable to install lawn signs due to dry or rocky lawns, they reserve the right to perform drilling to ensure successful install. The drilling fee is $25.

You are responsible for turning off sprinkler systems while signs are installed and notifying Good Signs of sprinkler lines that exist in your lawn.

All signs are property of Good Signs, you are responsible for any damage or loss.

Please DO NOT allow anyone to play on or around the yard greeting set up. Our signs will not the support the weight of small children or adults leaning, sitting, or playing on them.

Please DO NOT attach balloons or anything else to the signs. Balloons get hot in the sun. If a hot ballon blows against our sign, they may get damaged.

Please DO NOT throw away or vandalize the signs.

Please DO NOT move or remove our signs for any reason. If you need them taken down early please contact us and we will gladly come to pick them up.

We do not set up in Inclement weather. If we are unable to set up due to bad weather you will receive a full refund.

If you need to cancel for any reason, please do so at least one week in advance for a full refund. Cancellations up to 48 hours of your reservation in order to receive a 50% refund or the full value credited to a future rental.

No refunds will be given due to the client giving the wrong address or Good Signs cannot access the property due to a gated community.

No refunds will be given due if the property is unsafe for Good Signs to access, including animals.
